Delivery Information
Pre-Christmas Delivery, Order by 20th November
It’s that time of year again! With Christmas around the corner we ask that your curtain and roman blinds orders are placed by Wednesday 20th November for pre-Christmas delivery. This is subject to fabric stock being available at the time of your order. Our sales team are available to check the stock levels before your order is placed. If your chosen fabric is out of stock our team will be able to advice on timescales or help find alternatives.
Made to Measure orders placed after 20th November will not be guaranteed for Christmas but we will do our best to accommodate you where we can.
DELIVERY CHARGES
Delivery charges depend on item size:
- Small items at £2.00
- Large items at £7.95 (majority of fabrics and wallpapers)
- Extra large items at £27.95
Delivery to Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland is £17.95.
Free mainland UK delivery for orders over £150. Check your postcode and apply in the basket.
DELIVERY TIMES
Most parcels arrive between 2-5 working days, though those in Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands should expect around 7-10 working days, especially during the busy holiday period.
Our delivery times are given as a guide only, and we cannot accept any liability for any delay caused by the delivery agent used or for any other unexpected delays. If you require goods to arrive within a specific timescale please contact us either through our contact details at the bottom of the website and we will able to advise you further.
Please be aware that if your order is made up of items that are to be dispatched from multiple locations you may receive it in several separate deliveries, and these could be on different days. No further carriage charges will be incurred.
NON-UK DELIVERIES
We’re currently not shipping to the Channel Islands, Republic of Ireland, or other EU countries due to Brexit-related adjustments.
ALTERNATIVE DELIVERY ADDRESSES
House Decor Interiors can deliver to addresses other than the billing address, including directly to curtain makers or upholsterers. However, we advise checking the items upon receipt as we can’t accept liability for incorrectly labelled items once altered.
ACCEPTING YOUR DELIVERY
Please inspect all goods on arrival and report any discrepancies within 7 days. If absent during delivery, the courier will leave contact information for you to reschedule. Unreachable customers may need to cover a small redelivery fee.
